How much does a website cost?
Every project is quoted individually after we review your intake and meet for your 1-on-1 consultation. Investment depends on pages, features, integrations, content needs, and timeline, so we confirm it in your Website Blueprint before any work begins.
What happens after I submit the intake?
We review your answers, create your project file, and invite you to book a 1-on-1 Web Design Consultation. During that call we confirm goals, scope, and timeline. Afterward you receive a Website Blueprint outlining what we will build.
What types of businesses do you build websites for?
All of them. We build for local service businesses, coaches and consultants, professional firms, real estate, creatives, personal brands, nonprofits and churches, hospitality, e-commerce, healthcare and fitness, startups, and businesses that need portals or courses.
I don’t have a logo or brand guidelines. Can you still help?
Yes. Tell us in the intake. We can create brand identity guidelines as an add-on or work from the assets you have. Brand work can add time before website production begins.
Do you write the website content?
We can. The intake asks what copy, photography, and video you already have so we can plan content support where you need it.
How long does a website take?
It depends on scope and how quickly content and feedback come in. Your timeline is confirmed in your Website Blueprint, and you will always know what we need from you to stay on schedule.
Do I need my own domain?
Yes. You purchase and own your domain. If you do not have one yet, we will help you choose and connect it.
What are SEO, AEO, and GEO?
SEO (search engine optimization) helps search engines crawl and rank your pages. AEO (answer engine optimization) structures your content to answer questions directly. GEO (generative engine optimization) makes your business easier for AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini to understand and cite. We build all three into every site, though no one can guarantee specific rankings or AI mentions.
Can you redesign my current website?
Yes. Share your current URL in the intake and tell us what is and is not working. We will review it before your consultation.
Can you build booking, payments, portals, or courses?
Yes. We integrate schedulers and payment providers and build secure client portals, memberships, and online learning. Advanced functionality is scoped separately.
Do you offer website management after launch?
Yes. Ongoing website care is available for updates, monitoring, and improvements after launch.
Do you only work with businesses in Texas?
No. Barnhill Studio Media is based in Texas and works with clients across the United States through virtual consultations.
